When I prepare lectures I sometimes realize that I have no photos of whatever feature it is that I am lecturing about. Not because it is something rare (although that of course happens too), but because it is something too common or boring for me to have ever photographed. In case others suffer from the same problem I have decided to make parts of my geology photo album freely available. The photos here are released with a creative commons license, CC-BY, that is, you may use them however you want, as long as you credit me as the photographer. The photos include a wide range of geological features, glaciers, sedimentary structures, common rock types etc. Most of these are photos that I use in my own lectures. I have also started to add some teaching resources to my website (more will be added later). /Johanna Anjar |
